北京开通首条磁悬浮/First Maglev Train Arrives in Beijing

北京首列磁浮列车已经运送到达S1线的石门营车辆段,之后将会启动列车调试。

The maglev train cars for the upcoming Line S1, Beijing’s first maglev line, arrived at Shimenying, Mentougou district on December 25.

 

在规划图纸上,S1线呈现出“反Z”形状,西起门头沟石门营站,东至石景山苹果园站。未来在金安桥站,将可与地铁6号线西延换乘,在苹果园站,可与地铁1号线以及6号线西延段实现换乘。

Line S1 will run from Shimenying in the west and end at Pingguoyuan, where passengers can transfer to Line 1 and the western part of Line 6. Jin’anqiao station will be a second transfer station with the next phase of Line 6.

 

从车身外观和内部来看,S1线和既有运营的普通地铁列车并没有太大区别,车内也是设置了面对面的双排座椅,整节列车的座位数共有186个,车身宽3米,总长度为89.6米。

The maglev train cars are 3 meters wide, 89.6 meters long and seats 186 passengers in each of its six carriages.

 

北京控股磁浮技术发展有限公司董事长、总经理王平表示,S1线列车时速约100公里,投入运营后,行进中的最高时速是80公里/小时

Wang Ping, president and general manager of Beijing Maglev Technology Development, said the train runs at 100 kilometersper hour. The train will run 80 kilometers per hour during normal operation.

 

这其中包含乘客上下车时间在内,行驶全程的时间将不超过20分钟,可以有效改善首都西部地区居民的交通出行条件。

Including the time that passengers get onand off the train, the train will go from Shimenying to Pingguoyuan in 20 minutes.

 

“磁浮列车具有超强的爬坡能力,是轮轨列车爬坡能力的两倍,且转弯半径小,能够减少占地,相应也能减少管道拆迁和交通改造,使得工程实施成本大大降低,可以克服复杂环境实现灵活选线。”

Maglev trains can operate on a slope and make sharper turns, reducing the number of tunnels that must be completed.

 

S1线磁浮列车不同于以往的轮轨铁路,没有车轮,车体和轨道不接触,没有摩擦,因此也没有震动。

Maglev trains use electromagnetic force to keep the train away from the rail to reduce friction. The train is stable and the noise is limited.

 

S1线将于2017年底全线开通。

The full S1 line will be opened by the end of 2017.
